We were expecting a bit nicer hotel room based on the price & rating. The carpet was stained, the shower curtain was old & stained, there was mildew in the corners of the bathroom, one of the light switch plates was cracked completely through, and the whole room just wasn't really as clean & deodorized as we expect from a 4-5 star hotel.

Iberville Suites is a short block and a half to Bourbon Street and all of the nightlife of New Orleans. The Hotel, which is adjacent to and managed by the Ritz Carlton, permits you to take advantage of its facilities, including the well equipped Spa. The rooms are slightly dated but very comfortable and clean, the large suite allows you space to spreadout and the bathroom is well appointed.

We loved the hotel....it was immaculate, staff were wonderful, location good. It is definately on my list of referrals to friends. We especially loved the beautiful decor, the lobby, etc. The only teeny drawback was having to take two sets of elevators, but that wouldn't keep my from coming back.

This hotel has everything to offer with no real downside. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. The service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location, one block off Bourbon Street, close to everthing with no noise. We will use this hotel again.
