I was not totally satisfied with my hotel experience. From the onset, the room had a mildew odor to it, the door squeaked and there were no blankets in the room. On top of that, it was smaller than the picture depicted, had no micorwave and/or refrigerator and the clock was broken. Surprisingly, this was one of the FEW hotels in the circle that did NOT offer breakfast. The only thing that worked out well was the price and the cleaning service. If, and when, I stay in San Diego again this is not one place I would select nor would I recommend it for others.

All staff was very friendly, felt property was very safe, room was clean and quiet. The hotel is centrally located to so many things. We were there to do college visits and had a wonderful time. I would stay here again.

The hotel did not give me the room that I booked through Travel online. Booked 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. The hotel did not advise us of the shuttle service, we had to take a cab from the airport to the hotel when we arrived that Friday and took another cab to USD that Saturday morning. While we were outside waiting on the cab to arrive, we found out about the shuttle service. Fortunately, the shuttle driver gave us his cell phone number and we called him to come pick us up after our business was completed at the university. He was very pleasant.

I had no problem with this hotel. When coming in for the night, parking lot was always nearly full, but I always found a place to park. Nice employees. I would stay again with no problem.
